By accessing the CTU Training Solutions Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) Status & Compliance Portal, you ("the Administrator") agree to the following binding obligations:
- Confidentiality of Personal Information: All personal details, email addresses, Microsoft Learn transcripts, certification dates, Metric That Matter scores, and associated files constitute private, confidential records protected under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act No. 4 of 2013.
- Permitted Use: You agree to utilize this system and the information contained herein solely for legitimate academic governance, compliance validation, and institutional accreditation purposes on behalf of CTU Training Solutions.
- Non-Dissemination: You strictly agree not to disclose, distribute, copy, export, or publish candidate credentials, personal contact information, or compliance statuses to any unauthorized third party or external platform.
- Access Auditing: Every action taken within this administrative console (including record viewing, editing, approval, and email dispatch) is cryptographically stamped with your IP address, timestamp, and account identity in immutable audit logs.
- Breach & Consequences: Any unauthorized sharing, negligence, or breach of this agreement may result in immediate revocation of system privileges, formal disciplinary action, and potential civil or statutory liability.
